It's our sincere hope that you'll find Orchard Valley Church as a friendly place where you're encouraged to be yourself. Feel free to wear whatever you find comfortable. When you arrive at the church, you will notice a Welcome Table in our Worship Hall. One of our smiling greeters will give you a name-tag (everyone wears one, not just our guests), direct you to another friendly greeter who'll assist you to a seat and/or answer any questions you may have.
The beginning of the service includes contemporary Christian worship, led by our worship team. Words are provided on the screen, so please feel free to sing or read along. You may notice that we value honoring God in a personal style and that we have a congregation full of children, youth, and adults of all ages. It doesn’t matter where you are on your personal faith journey — everyone is welcome here!
After our announcement time, we dismiss the children to the Children's program (Kids for Christ) as we briefly greet one another. Then, one of our pastors or a guest speaker delivers a Bible message. You’ll find that we seek to teach the Bible in a way that is honest, thoughtful, relevant, and even fun, as we seek to address the life issues of today.
After our message, we end with a song and dismiss for fellowship and snacks where we join our children in the courtyard of the Christian Education Building.
